To install the court images
contained in the courts05.zip file simply rename the each
corresponding jpeg (jpg) file to a bitmap file (bmp) as the cd-rom
basketball games need them in bitmap format. Then place the bitmap
files into the sombkw/images/ folder in your game. If you want to
use them now you have to do an update team in the game and change
the court name (i.e. court_50) for the correct team court.
