2005-06 San Antonio Spurs at 2004-05 Miami Heat

The San Antonio Spurs lead most of the game with an early 24-13 1st quarter lead with 3:14 left in the 1st. But, the Heat fought back and closed to a 25-24 at the end of the 1st. And Shaq picked up a cheap 3rd foul at the very end of the 1st quarter. The lead switched hands several times in the second period as the 2nd teamers battled to a 49 to 49 tie at half. The 3rd quarter was lead by 2 points most of the way by the Heat. But the Spurs had a 4 point run to put them up by 5 late in the 3rd, only to have the Heat run off 4 in a row to end the 3rd with a 70-69 Spurs lead. The Heat had an 8 point run early in the 4th and that pretty much sealed the Spurs defeat. I hope Jeff would agree this was fun game to play. Very close the entire way! Good luck to Jeff and his Spurs in the rest of the tournament. They are a very well coached team!
